Sagely Community is a simple, easy-to-use app that helps senior living communities (CCRCs, independent living and assisted living) digitize clipboards and binders and get immediate value from meaningful data taken from resident exercise, wellness, and social activity participation.
Community engagement/wellness teams can view the daily activity calendar, take attendance of residents coming to activities, record meaningful observations, increase family engagement with real-time updates and photos, and learn more about their residents by reading the resident profiles.
Paired with our Sagely web application, Sagely Community for iOS is the perfect tool to help you view and track those in your community anywhere you go.
